› How do I place an order?

· STEP 1: You will need to create an account or login to your existing account in order to shop with us.

· STEP 2: Select the item you want to buy, select your favorite color, and select your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.

· STEP 3: Click ‘VIEW CART’ to review your bag. You can then either click on the ‘CONTINUE SHOPPING’ button to continue your shopping, or ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to place the order. You will be able to click ‘X’ sign on the item that you want to remove from your cart.

· STEP 4: If you are happy with the items in your cart, then click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button.

· STEP 5: You will need to enter your address and choose your preferred payment method. You can click ‘PLACE ORDER’ to complete your order.

· STEP 6: You will receive an email ‘Order Acknowledgement’ from us if the order has been placed correctly. 

· STEP 7: You will receive an email ‘Order Confirmation’ from us to confirm your order that it’s ready to be shipped (Please allow 24-48 hours for us to confirm your order).

· STEP 8: You will then receive a ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email with your tracking number from us.

› What kind of payment methods are available?

› What should I do if I need more information regarding a product? 

· We usually provide as many information as possible. However, if you need a more detailed information, you can chat with us by clicking on ‘Live Chat’ button at the product page.

› How can I know if the items I’m looking for are in stock? 

· If the item is out of stock, ‘SOLD OUT’ will show up after you select the size and color of each item.

· You can click on ‘PRE-ORDER’ button if appears to order your desired item when it is sold out. 

 

› Can I order the items that are out of stock?

· Yes, you can order it by click on ‘PRE-ORDER’ button if appears to order your desired item when it is sold out

 

› There is an error occurs while I was checking out. How do I know if the transaction went through or not?

· You can check your e-mail for the order-received confirmation of your order

· You can go check “MY ORDER” at your account homepage. Or Click here  and check the most recent order.

· You can contact your bank to see if your card was charged.

› Can I cancel my order? 

· Please contact our Customer Care team at store.ec@fablab-store.com to check whether your order can be cancelled or not

› Can I add an item to my order after I place my order?

· Unfortunately no. You will need to place another order.

 

› Can I order from overseas?

· Yes, PayPal and Credit Cards are supported. However, the cost of shipment may vary upon on your location.

› What kind of discounts can I receive from FABLAB?

· We occasionally offer FABLAB promotional codes that can be used as discounts.

 

› How to apply my FABLAB Codes?

· You can apply the code at the checkout page before completing the transaction.

 

› Why my FABLAB Codes won’t work?

· Please check on the expiration date of the promotion codes, if the code is not expired but remain unusable, please contact our Customer Care team store.ec@fablab-store.com as soon as possible.

 

› How can I get my online member card?

· An online member card is offered to any customer who have registered an account on www.fablab-store.com 

 

› Can I use my member card on online store?

· Unfortunately no. You can use your member card on offline stores only.

 

› How much do I need to purchase to get a point for my online member card?

· ฿1 equals to 1 point

 

› How many levels of FABLAB membership are they?

· There are three levels of FABLAB membership which are

1) White; You will be our white member when register your email (or log-in with Facebook) on our website. This type of membership allows you to purchase products through our online store, to receive news, sale promotions and information in prior of other customers.

2) Black; You will be our black member when you are already our white member and spent more than THB 50,000 shopping on our website. This type of membership allows you to purchase products with 5% discount on selected items, to receive our VIP privileges such as discounts and rewards, to receive news, sale promotions and information in prior of other customers.

3) Platinum; You will be our platinum member when you are already our black member and spent more than THB 70,000 shopping on our website. This type of membership allows you to purchase products with 10% discount on selected items, to receive our VIP privileges such as discounts and rewards, to be the first one to access new collection launches and sale collection promotions, to receive news, sale promotions and information in prior of other customers.

 

 

Shipping

 

› How long does it take to ship my order?

· Depending on your location.

» Bangkok and identified suburban provinces: 1-3 days

» Other provinces in Thailand: 3-5 days

» Overseas : 12-21 days

· Note: We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days after your order has been confirmed.

 

› How do I track my order?

› What do I do if there is a problem with my delivery?

› Where can I get my tracking number?

· You will get it with your ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email. 

 

 

Order Status

 

› How do I know the status of my order?

· You can check your order status at “MY ORDERS” on your account home page or Click here.

 

› How to confirm my bank transfer payment?

· You need to confirm your payment by adding picture of bank transaction receipt/slip at “MY ORDERS” and click on ‘CONFIRM PAYMENT’ button.

· Note: Your order will be on hold for 24 hours to proceed the payment confirmation or it will be cancelled otherwise.

· Note: Once we receive confirmation of your bank transfer payment, we will then proceed your order and send ‘Order Confirmation’ email to you.

· Note: Your order will be automatically cancelled if no payment has been received by the expiry time. You can place a new order at any time.

 

› How can I know that my order is confirmed?

· Once your order has been placed, you will receive an confirmation email within 48 hours. If you don’t get any email from us, please contact our Customer Care team at store.ec@fablab-store.com as soon as possible.

 

 

Returns

 

› Can I return my product?

· Yes, return service has been extended to customers with dissatisfied purchases due to defective and incorrect items. But do note that some types of returns are not free and have to be reimbursed by the customer for additional postage cost. You can return the item by post or at FABLAB & FABLAB CAFÈ- Ekamai

 

› Is my order eligible for return?

· Merchandise must be in original condition. (Haven’t been worn, washed, or modified)

· Merchandise must have all tags attached.

· Sale items are not eligible for returns.

· Items on limited time promotions or purchased with a discount voucher code are eligible for return

· Merchandise must be returned within 3 days from the date the item is received.

 

› How do I return an item?

· STEP 1: Go to your account home page and then click on ‘MY RETURNS’ or Click here.

· STEP 2: Fill out the return form and make sure the return form is filled out with your order number, product details, the reason for item return, add more comment about the return item, and write your personal detail then click ‘SUBMIT’ button to confirm your request

· Note: We will send you a return confirmation with an address for you to send back the item for returning by post method

· Note: If you want to return at our offline store, please return items by hand at FABLAB & FABLAB CAFÈ- Ekamai

· Note: Please attach return confirmation form together with your package

· Note: Please send it to Thailand Post Office as registered mail

 

› Can I return the items purchased online at offline stores?

· Yes, you can return the item at our FABLAB & FABLAB CAFÈ- Ekamai but you need to create a return form at ‘MY RETURN’ section or Click here.

 

 

Exchanges

 

› Can I exchange my product?

· Yes, exchange service has been extended to customers with dissatisfied purchases due to size and color problems. But do note that some types of exchanges are not free and have to be reimbursed by the customer for additional postage cost. You can exchange the item by post.

› Can I exchange the items purchased online at offline stores?

Try at Our Store

 

› Can I try the item at your store?

· Yes, you can try the items you would like to purchase at our store. However, you have to send a request form to us by click on ‘Try at Store’ button on the product page.

· Note: Some items are not allowed to try

· Note: The confirmation form must be presented to our store otherwise the request will be denied.

 

› Can I cancel my try at store request?

· Please contact our Customer Care team store.ec@fablab-store.com as soon as possible to check whether your request can be cancelled or not.
