Return & Exchange Policy

 

› We sincerely apologized if you have received defective/ incorrect items from us. 

› The return and exchange service is for the customers who are unsatisfied with purchases due to sizing and other problems. However, please note that some types of return and exchange are not free and have to be reimbursed by the customer for additional postage cost. For more information, please read on.

› A request to return and exchange a product can be placed on the ‘MY RETURNS’ & ‘MY EXCHANGES’ section 

› The item(s) must in mint condition (unworn, unwashed,  unaltered, and etc.) with tags attached and presented with a return form otherwise the request will be denied.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT ITEMS

› All shipping expenses during the process will be responsible in full by the company.

› Items that are not in their original conditions will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstance.

› Items that underwent any form of alteration or usage will not be accepted for return or refund.

› Items must have all tags attached.

› Returns must be requested within 3 days after the customers have received the items.

› The company is not responsible for the returning goods until they have reached our office.

› A return request form must be included within the package of the returning item.

› Cash refund is allowed, when there are no replacement item.

› The return will be processed within 7 working days after the company has received the items.

› All returns can be made at FABLAB Flagship Store Ekamai only.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DISSATISFIED PURCHASE

› All shipping expenses during the exchange process will be responsible in full by the customers who requested the exchange. 

› In any given circumstance, only one return request will be allowed per order.

› Replacement items are not eligible to be returned under any circumstance.

› Items that are not in their original conditions will not be accepted for return under any circumstances. 

› Items that underwent any form of alteration or usage will not be accepted for return.

› Items must have all tags attached. 

› Exchanges must be requested within 3 days after the customers have received the items.

› The company is not responsible for the exchanging goods until they have reached our office.

› An exchange request form must be included within the package of the returning item.

› Cash refund is not allowed for items that has no replacement 

› Under any circumstance, sale items are non-exchangeable.

› All exchanges can be made by post only.
