Terms of Service 

Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

1) Purchase of products

› When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. If there are any problems with your order, we shall contact you.

› To place an order, you must register with us by creating an account on the site. You must only submit to us information which is accurate and true. You must also keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes, by using the relevant sections of the site.

› To submit an Order, you will be required to follow the online shopping process on the Site. After this you will receive an ‘Order Acknowledgement’ email which will act as an acknowledgement of your Order. Once you payment has been received and your order has been accepted by us, we will send an email ‘Order Confirmation’ to confirm your order immediately. If you have not received this email 48 hours after you placed your order, you shall contact us. Once the order has been shipped, we shall send a ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email to you with parcel tracking number.

› Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. In particular, please note that no changes can be made to the delivery address you have provided once your order has been placed.

› We reserve the right to refuse an order for a legitimate reason, for example, in the following circumstances:

– The product ordered is unavailable from stock

– We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment

– An error is identified within the product information, including price or promotion

– And/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

› In any of these cases, we shall inform you accordingly and if payment of the order has already been made, we shall reimburse you without delay and in any event within no more than 15 days.

› Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

› We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

 

2) Product shipping

› Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package and you must keep it up to date. 

› No changes can be made to the delivery address you have provided once your order has been placed.

› All parcels are registered, you can track your shipment with online parcel tracking system at any time by entering the parcel number.

› For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed to delivery on the following Monday. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.

› Thai National holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over

› For international shipping, please note that all orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

 

THAILAND DELIVERY

STANDARD DELIVERY

› Please note that the standard delivery service is only for orders shipping to suburban and upcountry areas of Thailand and orders are delivered via Thailand Post. 

› We aim to deliver orders within five working days after order confirmation being sent to you. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. If you have not received your delivery in seven working days please contact our Customer Care team. 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

› Express delivery service is available only for orders shipping within Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakarn and Pathum Thani.

› We aim to deliver orders within two working days after order confirmation being sent to you. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. If you have not received your delivery in five working days please contact our Customer Care team.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

STANDARD DELIVERY

› We aim to deliver orders within twenty-one working days after order confirmation being sent to you. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. If you have not received your delivery in twenty-five working days please contact our Customer Care team. 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

› We aim to deliver orders within seven working days after order confirmation being sent to you. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. If you have not received your delivery in ten working days please contact our Customer Care team.

 

3) Price and Payment

› All the prices stated on the site are final and non-negotiable. 

› All prices are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

› FABLAB GROUP COMPANY LIMITED reserves the right to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion as well as the right to amend Terms & Conditions at any given time.

 

4) FABLAB Code

› Customers may only use each FABLAB code once.

› FABLAB code is not exchangeable for cash, credits, or any other type of goods and services.

› FABLAB code is valid for the specified period stated on the site. Please check it carefully

› FABLAB code does not apply to Sale items.

› To receive an offer, the customer must manually input FABLAB code at checkout. Orders placed without the code will not be discounted and will not be cancelled to include voucher.

 

5) Returns & Exchange

› The return and exchange service is for the customers who are unsatisfied with purchases due to sizing and other problems. However, please note that some types of return and exchange are not free and have to be reimbursed by the customer for additional postage cost.

› The item(s) must in mint condition (unworn, unwashed,  unaltered, and etc.) otherwise the request will be denied.

› All returns can be made at FABLAB Flagship Store Ekamai only.

› And all exchanges can be made by post only.

› A request to return and exchange a product can be placed on the ‘MY RETURNS’ & ‘MY EXCHANGES’ section 

› Please note, a return or exchange request form must be included within the package of the returning item or presented to FABLAB & FABLAB CAFÉ- Ekamai otherwise the request will be denied.

› Please note that returns and exchanges must be requested within 3 days after the customers have received the items. Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable  under any circumstance. 

› Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and items that are not in their original conditions or underwent any form of alteration or usage will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

› Items must have all tags attached.

› In any given circumstance, only one return request will be allowed per order and replacement items are not eligible to be returned under any circumstance.

› For items with dissatisfied purchase, cash refund is not allowed for items that has no replacement 

› Cash refund is allowed only, when there are no replacement item for defective or incorrect items. 

› The company is not responsible for the returning goods until they have reached our office and the return will be processed within 7 working days after the company has received the items.

 

6) Try at Our Store

› The ‘Try at Our Store’ service is for the customers who would like to try the items at our stores. Please note that the service only includes clothing and shoes. 

› In order to use the ‘Try at Our Store’ service, a request can be placed on the ‘MY RESERVATION’ section on our website. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours. 

› The ‘Try at Our Store’ service will be processed within 3 days after the request has been confirmed.

› Your ‘Try at Our Store’ request will be kept for 7 days only.

› Please note, a reservation request form must be presented to FABLAB store otherwise the request will be denied.

 

7) Product information

› We have made every effort to display every product information as accurate as possible. The colours of our products that appear on the website, however, also depend on your monitor and might not be the actual colours you see. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

› We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

 

8) Contact us

› If your question relates to an order or feedback regarding this website then please email to our Customer Service team and we will endeavour to respond within 48 hours. Please note that Customer Service is closed on national holiday.

 

9) Images

› All our images are copyrighted. Please do not use any of our images without our permission.

 

10) General

› From time to time, there may be information on www.fablab-store.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after your order submission).
